• We provide an exchange option within 7 days from receiving the product. Exchange will be entertained provided the glasses are unused and have the original packaging, warranty and invoice along with it.
• The product can either be exchanged, or a store credit can be obtained for future use. The store credit does not have an expiration period.
• In case an order is cancelled by Broadway Opticians due to internal reasons, a full refund shall be provided.
